Managed to turn off two of three alarm clocks (set for 4:00 a.m.) while the first blared at 4:00 a.m. It was necessary for this blogger to be on the road by 5:15 a.m. to meet fellow birders by 5:40 a.m. and then caravan to our destination: the Lower Salt River area, stop at four birding sites to view the many different species in the area.
