Inside Llewyn Davis is set in 1961, Llewyn Davis (Oscar Issac) is a struggling folk singer musician in New York’s Greenwich Village. From the very beginning, the odds are stacked against this struggling musician. A lot of his struggles are because of his doing and a lot are not of his doing. We follow and experience the many roadblocks he must face and we follow his continued persistence to try to overcome those roadblocks.
