I thought I would blog about photos of three Valley food trucks I recently captured at an outdoor event. Not so! I was pleasantly surprised to discover the Valley has about 48 food trucks which serves a variety of food, such as Latin American,  American, Burgers, Sandwiches, Fry Bread, Barbeque, Gourmet Tacos, Ice Pops, Chinese; to name only a few!  Go here for a complete list of Valley food trucks! Following are photos of three food trucks I managed to recently capture at an event in the Valley. It will take me a while to sample the remaining 45 food trucks! YUM!
