I love coffee and love grinding my fresh roasted coffee beans to prepare a wonderful tasting cup of coffee first thing in the morning!  I thought I was familiar with many of the fresh roasted coffee beans in the Scottsdale area.  BUT, can you believe, I discovered Arbuckles’ Cofee and discovered Arbuckles began in the post Civil War era!! Arbuckles is considered to be the “Original Cowboy Coffee.” Wow! And you (and I) probably thought fresh roasted coffee is a “recent” fad in today’s world! Wrong!
