This Green Heron seemed as though it was frozen in this position, allowing five photographers to capture its photo!

Family: Herons, Egrets, Bitterns. Can be found along lakes, ponds, marshes. It is a solitary bird living in densely vegetated areas. It is the smallest of the herons, 16-18″ tall.
