One year ago a coworker presented me with a Phalaenopsis Orchid.  Her boss purchased the Orchid for Secretary’s Day.  This coworker did not want to take the Orchid home because “…my cats would be all over it.”  I gladly accepted the Orchid from her and mentioned there was absolutely no guarantee I would keep it alive because “…I do not have a green thumb.”  Well, one year later this Orchid is starting to bloom beautiful Orchids!  Why?  I persevered and followed the care instructions! Call me proud!
