The McDowell Sonoran Preserve has everything you want: Do you mountain bike? The Preserve has easy to difficult biking trails; is rock climbing your sport? The Preserve has Sven’s Slab, a world-renowned climbing area. Or, perhaps, if running is your interest, why not try Tom’s Thumb and East End. The Preserve has staging areas for horseback riding at Sunrise, Lost Dog Wash, Gateway and Tom’s Thumb. The Preserve has it ALL! The trails are well-marked and easy to follow. We are blessed to have this Park in our backyard! Oh, and did I mention the Park is “dog friendly” too?
